The directors’ conference is a 2 day (with an optional 3rd-day track for new directors) early childhood leadership program designed to help you implement best practices in your program. Gain tools to steward your school vision, carefully craft your school culture and confidently guide your team. Be prepared to leave with strategies and tools you can use in your school.
Plus we’re taking advantage of the incredible facilities at the Pearlstone Retreat Center, including an amazing outdoor classroom, and we’re exploring ways to bring nature into your program inside & out.
The conference pricing is all-inclusive, so you’ll be wined & dined and put up in a beautiful space on site at Pearlstone.
The conference will take place from July 30-Aug 1, 2018. New Directors’ track begins 1 day earlier on July 29.
Check-in opens at 3:00pm on Sunday (New Directors) and Monday. The conference ends with lunch on Wednesday, approximately 1:00pm.
The conference will be held at the Pearlstone Conference & Retreat Center, 4110, 5425 Mt Gilead Rd, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
The drive is approximately 3.5 hours from the New York area and there’s plenty of parking 🙂
